Everyone loves cowboys, those who don’t just haven’t watched westerns or read adventure books. Just 10 years ago, the genre was considered dead. There were no new films (at least worthwhile ones), there were practically no games, and the atmosphere of the wild west remained only in country music. But the genre began to revive, in 2006 the harsh original Call of Juarez was released, Tarantino is already planning a reckless film that almost surpasses “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” (which featured Morricone’s famous hit) – Django Unchained (with an equally high-quality soundtrack with songs by Johnny Cash himself). Call of Juarez Gunslinger tried to combine both works. And strangely enough, it works out for him.
It all starts in a bar in the town of Abeline, where old bounty hunter Silaz Greaves tells visitors the story of his life. He is, in a way, a legend whose life has already become overgrown with myths and fables. All his life, Silaz has been hunting for the killers of his brothers and you have to follow his path.
The path will be strictly linear. https://rainbow-spins.uk/ The story demands this, sometimes Sylaz goes too far and you have to fight not with 5-6 opponents, but with several dozen, rushing from all sides. In general, the game resembles a shooting gallery with the ability to move. You will come to the scene of a shootout, shoot at the oncoming crowds of enemies, then there will be an even greater influx of enemies and/or a boss, and it will all end in a duel with another historically accurate villain. The narrator is openly lying, so sometimes there are duels with people who had died by that time, and in the end, completely… But, perhaps, we won’t talk about that today.
Shooting is convenient, as in any shooting gallery you will kill most of the enemies with the first shot, and each dead person increases the score multiplier. You can upgrade your character for points. There are three development branches with different sets of skills, much like in Dead Island (by the way, the developers are the same).
But the technical part let us down. The game crashes, leaves disappear from trees, opponents materialize out of thin air.
But whatever the downsides, the style steals the game. Contrasting, bright, with excellent views and acceptable graphics, with the attractive voice of the main character and the authenticity of what is happening. In the 3-4 hours that you spend in the game, you will not only not get bored, you will get incredible pleasure. But how much we miss the music of Johnny Cash.
Interesting: 9, I want more, cooler and meatier.
Graphics: 8, excellent views and liters of blood, just what you need. Stylistically almost perfect game.
Technical performance: 6, works, but often crashes.

The game, almost according to Tarrantino: 9, could be called Django Unchained The game and change the action time and no one would notice. And yet there is a claim, where the fuck is Johnny Cash??
